We are happy to exchange, provide store credit, or refund items in new, unused and original condition within 80 days from the date of your order. When returning items, all product/ticket swing tags and packaging must be returned undamaged with the goods in order for the goods to be restocked and resold. Return shipping costs will be refunded to you where the return is a result of our error.
When returning goods please include a copy of your receipt and the reason for the return, and, if you would like to make an exchange, please include the details of the new items you would like.
Please note, we cannot provide a refund if; you do not have proof of purchase from lookrepeat.com, the goods have been used, worn or tested, the goods have been damaged after you purchased them, or if you find the same item at a cheaper price somewhere else.
Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any underwear purchase unless faulty within the manufacturer’s warranty period.
We recommend sending returns via registered post or courier as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
To return items over 10kg, or longer than 1.2m, please contact Customer Service;
Gift cards, promo codes and sales promo prices cannot be applied to exchanges.
Special Order Items
Products that are specially ordered non-stocked items, custom made, bulk quantity, or corporate special orders cannot be exchanged/refunded.
